Steps to becoming a client

You will want to meet us and be assured that we are the right people for you before you become a client – and we will want to be sure that we can help you in your particular situation.

The first step therefore is for you to make contact with us, so that we can arrange a meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. You can do this by phoning, emailing, visiting our offices or writing to us.

Our first meeting is called the Discovery Meeting, and here we will discuss the issues that are most pressing in your life, as well as your finances. We’re keen to find out what you want to achieve in life, not just through your wealth.

Having gained a deep insight into your hopes and aspirations, we will develop a strategic financial model of your life using our FutureMap™ modeling tool. We will ask you to meet again so we can present this to you. It’s at this stage that you decide if you would like to proceed with us as a client.

We will complete some simple paperwork and proceed on our client management process.
