• Initial consultation to understand the business, the financial forecasts and in particular the cash flow projections and the capital requirements.  It is important we understand the business risks and opportunities.  In particular we want to protect you from a situation where insufficient capital is raised.  Under these circumstances a second round of fund raising will be required and this often proves to be much more expensive as the business will be tarnished as not having achieved its original projections.

• Once our team have identified your capital requirements, in the form of a capital appraisal document, we will appoint a dedicated Capital Manager who will be your direct liaison point for all communications between us. We find this single point of contact works really well for our customers and it avoids any confusion as we move through our fundraising process.

• Your Capital Manager will then explore, through our network of contacts, the various forms of financing, naturally starting with the most cost effective capital financing.  Depending upon requirements we will explore a range of sources of finance ranging from private individuals to venture capital businesses.

• We will then invite you to our offices and present our findings.  We operate on a contingent basis i.e. apart from a small administration fee we will only charge you if we successfully raise capital for you.

• Finally we will help you with the legal agreements in relation to your fundraising requirements and help with presentations to venture capital credit committees as required.
