Nicola Tait

After studying History of Art at Edinburgh and spending time in New York, I worked in some London galleries, but soon became more interested in what my clients were doing than the art itself. It was a case of if you can't beat them join them. For the next 5 years I worked in the Financial Services practice at Accenture. I gained a wide range of expertise from business development, project management, change and communications strategy to working with senior executives on corporate relationship marketing - and I did a lot of power point!

After big business, I wanted small business and to explore my entrepreneurial side. I joined a start-up boutique mortgage brokerage and took responsibility for much of the operational side of the business, as well as advising a wide range of clients in residential and commercial finance.

This led me to where I am today. I provide a very different type of service, one you can't find elsewhere. The majority of my clients come through personal referrals and include senior management consultants, lawyers and their families. I help my clients to achieve financial independence and make work optional. My professional clients tend to have several things in common; they are high-achievers, they work hard and want to make informed and smart decisions about their money - but are time poor.

I have become a trust-worthy ally to my clients by building long-term working relationships underpinned by a robust financial strategy to ensure they achieve their personal goals. We all have dreams, but really we need to turn them into goals with a plan and a deadline - so that you end up where you want and not somewhere else.

I live in North London with my partner and young family, and when I have a free moment you will find me on the polo field - trying to perfect my goal shots!
